Context

Robert Walters Group undertook a major global rebrand to modernise its digital presence and unify multiple regions and brands under a single, scalable visual system. The work needed to support global consistency while remaining flexible enough for regional teams operating in very different markets.

Design Challenge

How do you deliver a consistent, modern global brand across 30+ countries and multiple sub-brands, while allowing regional teams enough flexibility to operate independently — all within existing enterprise platforms and processes?

My Role

Leadership & Strategy

  • Led design system governance across all global markets
  • Directed creative vision and quality across digital and print output
  • Ran weekly regional stakeholder sessions to support adoption and rollout
  • Collaborated with an external agency to establish a unified visual framework

Hands-on Involvement

  • Oversaw UI standards, component usage, and digital execution
  • Supported regional teams with implementation guidance
  • Ensured all output aligned with brand and system rules

Outcome & Impact

  • Successfully rolled out a unified global design system
